Is it possible to add a margin instead of a markup functionality? We would want this for both the service and the surcharges. We'd also like the surcharge list to include all the surcharges for the service, be exportable, then allow us to import it with the margins defined for each surcharge.

USPS offers bother weight based pricing and cubic based pricing. Cubic pricing works by multiplying the length, width, and height then dividing that number by 1728 which is 1 cubic feet. Weight and cubic have 2 separate pricing grids. When an order comes through, if cubic pricing wins, we want to make sure a cubic label is printed for the shipment to ensure we are billed correctly by USPS for the package, but we want the weight based pricing returned and marked up, then returned to our WMS. Weight based pricing should always be returned to the customer, whether or not cubic pricing would win or not. This is what we need to be able to do.

When a pickup request is delivered to DHL, DHL is sending back the "PRG number", it is visible in trace. We would like to have the "PRG number" visible somewhere within the order or batch so the end user of techship can visually see the pickup request number (PRG number) Having it visible, the end user will clearly see that a pickup request has been triggered for that particular Batch/order. For any operational reasons, the end user will have the PRG number available if any side communication outside TechShip occurs with DHL.

Today in order to trigger a pickup request to DHL, it is required (along with the address) to define a pickup date, a ready time and a close time. Current design is set a such that the pickup date and ready time is one unique field actually called "Ship Date" at batch level. Pickup Close time is actually not set within the batch but within the order > Carrier Option. Having the ready time and the close time in different locations is confusing for the end user. Would it be possible to rename the field "Ship Date" on to "Ready Time" ? when errors occurs triggering pickup request to DHL, DHL error message mention "Ready Time" and not "Ship Date" and it is confusing for the end user. Otherwise if above option is not possible, the prefered solution would be to have the Pickup Date field and a Ready Time field within the order > Carrier Option tab above the already existing "Pickup Close time" ? In this way, all pickup details would be at the same place.

Is it possible for the OMR Rule options to be updated for us to be able to select the Box Description field in Orders > Packaging? Assuming that this would allow us to choose a FedEx OneRate package type as the box description, this would allow us to dynamically select the correct box based on other shipment criteria without needing to modify the overall billing account.

We would like to have a Scheduled report. It is necessary that this report comes to us by mail. The report should only cover orders "Ship to" CA for Client: Bentley and with WMS callback status - "Processed"

When we chose USPS EHUB as carrier , the dropdown list for service displays services not only for USPS, instead it shows a long list which includes service for other carrier, this only happens with USPS. (In other words we would like to see USPS service codes only from drop down list at billing account or order level)

Lot of our customers are international and we want to able to share the commercial invoices with our customers and also transmit electronically to the carrier. Does Techship electronically transmit Commercial Invoices to carriers ? Is the invoice available through API so we can allow our customers to download on our website ?

Hello, For DHL, for case when third party billing pays freight / fuel, so cost should not be aavailable in dedicated tag in shipments response message. For that 2 possible solution : Solution 1 : send in request message <GetPriceEstimate>N</GetPriceEstimate> if <ShippingPaymentType> is set to T (third party) only Solution 2 : add a settings in Techship to remove cost from API shipments response message if a third party billing has been used to send request to carrier.
