Can the order created date show the actual date and not the age?

Additionally, the Ship Date field is missing. This is used for some carriers that have a cutoff and would need to change the ship date to a future date to get a rate and process it in advance. Otherwise, it will just error out or select a different carrier.

Implement ability to apply notes/marks/flags in orders where rates were not returned to any of the billing accounts during rate shopping (due to Carrier errors, Restrictions limitations, others)

Restrict order reprint to avoid accidentally printing duplicate labels.

We would like to have the option to prevent the shipping department from successfully processing a shipment if the shipping cost exceeds a designated dollar threshold. At times, customers request expedited shipping or for very large orders to ship small parcel without realizing the significant transportation cost involved. Because the shipping team is focused on processing orders quickly, shipments are often completed without the cost being scrutinized which can result in customers incurring unexpectedly high shipping invoices. It would be extremely helpful to have a safeguard in place that either blocks shipment processing above a specified amount, that can be designated at a billing account level , which requires an approval step before the shipment can be finalized.

Due to changing customer needs, we have a weird edge case we'd like your opinion on how to handle. Essentially it works like this: The Customer, when they send us an Order, needs us to create some variable number of "Reverse Labels" for every order they make in addition to regular shipping labels. These "Reverse Labels" essentially flip the ship to and ship from locations of an order, with a different weight and dimensions for packages (so they aren't just return labels) (note this is kind of what caused some of the confusion on the previous request for multiple return labels - as it turns out, the customer doesn't want Return Labels, they want something different... but called it a return label.)

Ability to sort by 'Status' (Error/Open/OK) and 'Print Status' (unprocessed/processed) were an options in TechShip Legacy under batch level. However, batches are deprecated in new TechShip and this functionality was lost.

This tool would be particularly valuable in RFQ scenarios and when warehouses are trying to demonstrate the value of using their own negotiated rates instead of a customer's third-party rates.

Create a shortcut to support ticket directly from an errored shipment on TechSHIP

The new portal no longer groups orders by Batch. It would be great to introduce a function where users can group the orders page by certain columns such as Batch. Our operations runs heavily on batches and the new portal UI is causing major issues for us
