I’d like to suggest adding a scannable barcode option for the “Process & Print” button in Techship Desktop. Here’s the workflow we envision: The packer scans the bin number to bring up the shipment details in Techship Desktop. They then scan a separate, dedicated barcode that triggers the Process & Print action (functionally equivalent to clicking the button). Packing and rate shopping remain our primary bottlenecks, and we are continually looking for ways to improve efficiency. Allowing packers to simply scan the bin or transaction, followed by a barcode to process and print, would streamline the workflow and reduce reliance on a mouse or touch screen. We believe this enhancement could significantly improve speed and accuracy in daily operations. Please see ticket 2299935 for our original request.

International shipments package details cannot be populated on desktop app. Werehouse staff need to go to CSR office to process international orders on web portal. If this feature can be added to Desktop app, that would be great!

Customer wants to scan a batch containing several orders to pull up that batch. Then, within that batch, they want to scan the UPC to ship one of the orders that contains that SKU.

Under carrier options on Desktop client, pleas add 'Stackable' option when shipping FedEx Freight. Thanks!

The server that we are hosing the Techdinamics Print Client restarts periodically for updates as it should. During this restart process the Techdinamics Print Client restarts as it should. However, if there is an update then the software does not completely restart waiting for somebody to click the button to resume the startup. We need to automatically accept these updates so that the software startes without any user intervention.
