Request: add a Unit of Measure (UOM) setting at the portal level in TechTrack (just as we have in techShip). This would allow the portal’s UOM to reflect each customer’s preferred units, rather than basing it on a single standard UOM (lb and in), which may not meet the needs of some customers. Business requirement / Rationale: The customer has set up the units of measure in TechShip as KG and CM, the same units appear on their carrier’s invoice. However, the Estimated Data in TechAudit is displayed in LBS and IN because these are the standard units used in TT. As a result, the customer must spend additional time manually converting the values in order to clearly identify discrepancies (if any) between the Estimated and Actual data. Request: Client requested to add Customer Reference Number and Client Code to TechAudit's exportable reports with the objective of facilitating reconciliation of multi-package shipments. Customer: JP Enterprise - Ticket #2265437

The processed file now shows the client each shipment belongs to but does not show any order reference information. Order reference is imperative to be able to investigate any inquiries, as well as aid in grouping multi-piece shipments during the reconciliation process.

When carrier includes multiple invoice #s on the same file, we would like to have the file split by invoice # to avoid having to manually separate the file.(e.g., Freightcom invoice report)

Some carriers (e.g., Freightcom) send additional charges for the same shipment (tracking #) on a separate invoices. With Freightcom credit limits require us to request invoices before delivery, therefore additional charges may be incurred for the same shipment after the original invoice. This happens frequently

display surcharges in the main snippet view rather than only in the raw data — or having a flag that indicates when there’s a surcharge, so we can avoid having to go into the raw data to see those specific details

Right now, all of the data transmitted from the carrier is stuffed into a field box when you open up the order in Techtrack. It's confusing, difficult to read and when we are trying to determine the reason for differences in charges, it's next to impossible to figure out. Is there a way to make this easier for viewing and include any additional fees to the "Details Actual"?

Please add the TechShip calculated Markup to the audit results screen. Purpose is to determine if the shipment is a profit or loss when there is an exception reported, which helps us determine if rebilling is necessary or not

We need to create TechAudit report to track margins report like the Shipment Detail Report in TechSHIP wherein the column for the Shipping Charge will be the total of the shipping charge + the markup. In other words, this report should include as well as determine dollar amount and percentage we are making by carrier/package.
