Hi in order to know if carrier is down or unavailable allow option to have auto run on carriers so when it see it's erroring few times due to authentication issue or account not available it sends auto email to alert ahead that acc# is down some basic issues so won't run into issues during work day

It would be great if Techship introduced support for managing multiple workflows through horizontal tabs at the top of the page. This would allow users to keep multiple workflows open simultaneously, reducing the need to navigate between links and helping prevent lost progress. This functionality is available in Extensiv WMS and has proven very helpful for organization and productivity. I believe a similar feature in Techship could significantly improve the user experience. hi, can you have auto suggest UPS standard or ground service code if warehouse staff forget to put when processing returns and regular orders in Techship. Have that auto suggestion on the prompt and they can click and auto fill so they can process again quickly, this helps efficiency.

As per picture attached, there are excessive prompts that should be removed so save warehouse time.

We have carriers like ubi etower and ubi that requires destination airport so closest airport. We needed omr and rate group to accomplish but there should be logic in techship that auto selects by Destination state without omr

We had incident where FedEx user made DG label under expedited 2 days air and got sent back. The account is not authorized for DG and air not allowed this option should be stopped
