* If we do not click Save before Process, carton specifications are cleared. * After modifying a Ship-To Address, we select SAVE in that screen and then need to do it again one the next screen before selecting Process, otherwise the modification reverts back * The ship-to address format is not clearly displayed and requires clicking into the field to verify data, which adds unnecessary steps. We recommend having the full address field format fully visible on the screen. * Overall screen layout makes key sections harder to identify, requiring extra time to locate required fields. * The text is smaller and the font is light * Critical inputs (such as carton specs) are not immediately visible as editable fields, which can lead to them being overlooked. These fields should be more clearly defined and open on the main screen. * On the MyOrders screen, It’s great that we can select which columns to display; however, it would be even more helpful if we also had the ability to control the order in which they appear. Additionally, we’d like to ensure all information is fully visible without being truncated (for example, the Customer Order # and Service Level fields). I’ve attached a short clip for reference.

We would like to have the option to prevent the shipping department from successfully processing a shipment if the shipping cost exceeds a designated dollar threshold. At times, customers request expedited shipping or for very large orders to ship small parcel without realizing the significant transportation cost involved. Because the shipping team is focused on processing orders quickly, shipments are often completed without the cost being scrutinized which can result in customers incurring unexpectedly high shipping invoices. It would be extremely helpful to have a safeguard in place that either blocks shipment processing above a specified amount, that can be designated at a billing account level , which requires an approval step before the shipment can be finalized.

Client name was removed from the Orders (Batches) summary page. Sort and filter on this field It is extremely useful . Requested shipping option should be easier to find than searching Advance View, Change History message payloads.

The old UI shows 33 pages of labels today, the old UI shows none.

When you import a batch in the new portal, the screen doesn't stay on the batch you imported. You have to go back and search for the batch. If you import a batch, the screen should automatically populate with that batch.

Hello, when using the "Print return labels" option it would be nice to have the return tracking and cost be available via the API and/or for use for WMS integrations. The tracking information is important for monitoring the return and the cost is important for posting into our billing system. This was previously suggested here https://feedback.techdinamics.com/techship/p/post-return-tracking-numbers-to-wms and the feedback was it would be WMS specific but I was directed to log a feature request for this now. Depending on the billing account set on the order, some orders require a specific ship-from address and can only be managed via OMR.

Need to run a report with a list of generated return labels for specific client or carrier as per our client's needs.

While we appreciate the functionality to automate Return Label generation at the time of creating a shipment, unfortunately, the tracking number and information pertaining to the return label created is not searchable in the Order History. There is no history to be found in TechShip at this time to locate information about a Return Label that gets created this way. This feels like a system flaw that we highly recommend being developed further to provide the users with visibility.
