Today techTRACK returns the actual carrier code as defined in the system but it would help to receive instead the name of the carrier we specify in techSHIP.

Can you add an automation feature where we could set a rule where an email would be sent to us any time a shipment went X days after the label is created but no new events. This would help us flag orders that are processed but maybe haven't left the warehouse yet.

FedEx, XPO, & ESTES provide a signature column of data on exports that they provide to us and our clients use. We would like to see this data have a residence in TechTrack that can be exported with the delivery information on reports. Files from the carrier can be provided to show the columns that come from the carrier.

Update the DPD Ireland integration on techTRACK to allow to download PODs in PDF >use <EventId> along with the DPDConsignmentEventImageAPI.pdf Record the name of the person who signed the delivery on techTRACK.

Context: Warehouse clients have been asking for immediate ETAs and automated tracking links sent direct to email addresses with updates that include what has been shipped, when, with what carrier, and how.

Need the ability to search for shipments in techTRACK using the Transit Time. EX: Display all shipments that were delivered in 3 days, 4 days, etc.
