Remove the requirement that all sales channel carriers and services need to be mapped. Allow orders to flow through with a requested service level only or empty carrier/service fields. We have workflows in our WMS that map generic service levels to specific services or rate shopping groups based on a number of factors (including the sales channel, tags, flat rate shipping options, etc.).
