Once an order is delivered by FedEx,Ecom logistics ,GLS, the POD document (PDF format) should be available in TechTrack so it can be pulled electronically into our TMS.

The techSHIP carriers plugins for Fedex (REST), Ecom Logistics and GLS do have support for POD.  Please make sure you are on the latest version.
In order to download POD documents electronically, you can download POD document using techTRACK api v2 POD endpoints.
