POD for DHL Express

Once an order is delivered by DHL express, the POD document (PDF format) should be available in TechTrack so it can be pulled electronically into our TMS.

The DHL Express (SOAP) plugin does not support POD.
Please migrate to DHL Express (REST) plugin that has support for POD.
In order to download POD documents electronically, you can download POD document using techTRACK api v2 POD endpoints.

Nestor Martinez thank you for the update! That's great news that now techTRACK supports PODs for DHL Express. Could you please clarify if the DHL Express (REST) plugin mentioned here is for techSHIP or techTRACK?

Shahnawaz Jamot it is for techSHIP.

techTRACK will download information from techSHIP when creating the tracking.
