Feature Request: Being able to upload a whole file with zips to OMR.

If the order has SpeedX as the carrier, they need techShip to look up over 10,000 zip codes (listed in the attached file), and if it is not on the list, then the carrier is switched to Amazon Ground Shipping (AMZ) - this better to be managed as OMR but with a new feature where we can upload a file.

If we add this list to OMR the way we can do it right now - it will impact other clients's performance.
