Request:

Add a feature in the Desktop Client that allows warehouse staff to take photos of the items included in each shipment.

Business Requirement:

ShipHero currently provides photo-documentation capabilities, but because packing is performed in Techship, ShipHero can no longer capture images during the packing process. As a result, the customer is requesting that the Desktop Client support this functionality. Photo documentation is essential for them as it provides clear evidence of the items included in a shipment, helping resolve disputes or claims when items are reported missing after delivery.
