It would be nice to have a rateshop report that would show all the rates and delivery services an order received between certain date ranges.

Use Case: USPS is struggling here in Indiana due to a new facility that is not being managed well thus causing dealys, unscanned packages we already shipped, etc. Customer wants us to do a cost comparison if we turned off USPS, essentially what would the next cheapest non-USPS rate would have been if USPS was turned off. I do not have a simple way to do that over a period of time without going into each order and getting a random small sample size whereas a report could be filtered to help establish what other rates were provided back via the APIs when rateshopping.
