If you provide a test environment to setup clients and carriers. Then provide portals per live location, why can't you copy the details from test environment to live portal environment? I am being told we have to enter all of the work completed in the test portal to the production portals. There must be an easier way for the client to get things moving along by doing a copy instead of individually typing each client and each carrier and going over all of those steps....If so I would love to know how. If not, something you should consider for the client experience.
Thanks

We have added the option of copying client and carrier information between portals if the user is portal admin on both portals. One exception - client SKUs, these need to be copied manually.

Andrew Moonilal, thank you for your feedback. We will be reviewing it with our team. I do want to let you know that today we have the option to copying the carrier information from one portal to another. This can be done by someone who is a carrier admin on both portals. However, we are missing the copy of client configuration - something to review internally.

Edward Aguiar: Thank you. Yes I found how to do this. Thanks. the client would be helpful. Also figured out that by adding new carriers and using the template, I had to sync again per client to get the new carriers to show up.

Andrew Moonilal: you have the option to push from the template. Every time you make a change you can push the changes through. The pull at the client level is for cases where you need to test one client only.
