Markup Profiles

Is it possible to add a margin instead of a markup functionality? We would want this for both the service and the surcharges. We'd also like the surcharge list to include all the surcharges for the service, be exportable, then allow us to import it with the margins defined for each surcharge.

For context, we utilize different functions based on the location we're shipping from.

For the surcharges, we offer different markups of certain surcharges based on the customer. So a fuel surcharge may be marked up 15% whereas a large package surcharge might be marked up 20%. With that in mind, being able to have access to all of the surcharges individually is needed and having to put each one individually for each carrier is extremely laborious and opens us up to missing a surcharge should a carrier add one in or change the naming convention.
