Feature Request: Reprint Label Function in Techship Desktop Client

We would like to request the addition of a menu item or “Reprint Label” button in the Techship Desktop Client.
Currently, once a transaction is processed, the packer is unable to reprint the label directly from the client. Even though the processed transaction remains visible on the screen until the next Bin or Pick number is entered, there is no option to reprint at this stage.
To improve workflow and reduce dependency on Customer Care, we propose a Reprint Label function that would allow the packer to reprint any label whether the transaction is processed or not directly from the Techship Desktop Client.
This functionality would:
Eliminate unnecessary delays.
Empower packers to handle reprints independently.
Improve efficiency and reduce support requests.

Karen Ruest thank you for the suggestion. Today, you should be able to reprint the labels by processing the order again. Basically, you scan the same barcode that was scanned when processing the order initially.
However, this approach has a drawback that multiple customers run into. And it has to do with the operator accidentally scanning the wrong, previously processed order, and applying the wrong label on the package.
Because of this you have an option to enable or disable the option of reprinting the label at the user level. A process that some have selected has been to setup a separate station with permissions to reprint. The permission can be set by a portal admin.
