Ticket 1764356 - Would like a way to add Billing Type to the eHUB plugin so that we could use services like FedEx Ground Collect through eHUB.

This is all set up on our end. The "Billing Type" just needs to be adjusted. This option is available through our API and should already be set up in Techship. I would check with them to make sure that it's already set up this way. Below I've provided the example of what this should look like in our code.
