EHUB - Customer Owned Accounts

EHUB allows for customer owned FedEx, UPS, etc. accounts to be added to their system in order to consolidate the amount of connections needed to feed rates into techSHIP. However, it appears that EHUB's API when using a customer account has a null meter rate and therefore is not being considered in the rateshop logic. Either EHUB API plugin might need modified or rateshop logic to allow for EHUB specifically, etc. to accept customer owned accounts via their platform.
"TechShip will skip rates if meter rate returns null or 0. We need it to perform rate shopping".

Brantley Armour as you correctly noticed we do not support carrier accounts setup eHUB side. You can continue using the customer specific accounts on the techSHIP side though. I am not sure I understand the stated reason for consolidating the account on the eHUB side as there are no real benefits in terms of performance and you will lose much of the functionality that is only supported by natively connecting an account in techSHIP.

Edward Aguiar Their integration to add the FedEx account was just easier as they just needed a few pieces of info so thought it did not matter necessarily if everything flowed through EHUB or not.
I can submit a separate conversation thread and this one can just be closed out, but then what I think would be helpful would be a way to identify customer owned account on the client billing account connection just like a customer owned Y/N (N by default), this datapoint show on the reports. Another next level to this would be if customer owned account = "Y" then another box would appear on customer billing to say Include on reporting? Y/N. If Yes, shows on reports, If no, shipments on this billing account would not show at all.
This would help sort out what shipments we need to bill for vs. what are customer owned/funded accounts we do not want to include on billing.
