Dropdown menu's in Manifest pages

We are requesting a slight modification to these pages:
1-Finalize Manifest
2-Finalize Manifest Admin
3-Manifest History
For the Carrier & Account columns - we are requesting a drop down menu of available options for each column instead of having to search the specific carrier and/or account number.
