Customize the Shipment Detail Report by adding another column that takes the value of the "Total Shipping Charge" (Column R) and multiplied by .15

Ideally we want a summary at the top perhaps or maybe its a different tab that sums "Total Shipping Charge" (Column R) in one cell and the another cell that takes that number and multiples by .15 so that we can see what our 15% markup will be. (We are aware of the markup feature within techShip, but we have reasons for doing it like this).
