Standardize Carrier Codes for Error-Free Routing

Optimize your routing in
techSHIP
with top-level code inheritance. This update guarantees
consistent naming
and highly stable integrations.
The legacy
SCAC
is now
Carrier Code
, managed strictly at the
Carrier
level. It displays as read-only within the
Client
(Billing)
Account
. Modifying this central value triggers
global propagation
, keeping all linked accounts perfectly synchronized.

Routing Group Workaround
Need a unique client identifier?
  1. Go to
    Clients
    >
    Clients
    and open the desired Client's (Billing)
    Account
    .
  2. Enter the exact target value in
    Routing Group
    .
  3. Press
    Save
    to route by group.
⚠️ You must configure your
Integrated System
to send this
routing value
instead of a custom carrier code.

    and open a

    .

case-sensitive
. Changes
propagate
