Simplify Sales Order Editing with Edit Order
Prepare eligible Sales Orders for changes with fewer manual steps in
techOMS
. Edit Order
replaces the previous To Draft / Move Orders To Draft actions and coordinates applicable shipment cancellations before returning the order to Draft
.The process runs in the background, so monitor progress in the
Sales Orders Queue
and edit only after the order actually reaches Draft

How to Find it
- Go to Sales > Sales Orders.
- Select an eligible Sales Order, choose Actions > Edit Order, and confirm.
