, a powerful new feature that allows you to create a single
Sales Order Rule
at the
Organization level
and apply it across multiple Accounts.
What You Need to Know
Say goodbye to duplicating the same rules over and over. This feature streamlines operations, reduces manual labor, and minimizes errors by managing your rules from one central place:
  • Centralized and Reusable
    : Create rules once, assign them anywhere, and updates are instantly reflected across accounts.
  • Smart Execution
    :
    techOMS
    automatically processes Organization-level rules first, followed by Account-level rules, giving you greater control over your workflows.
Where to Find it
Deselect any account in the header switcher and:
  1. From the main menu, click
    Organizations
    under the
    System Configuration
    section.
  2. Press
    Edit
    for the Organization you want to manage.
  3. Go to the
    Sales Order Rules
    tab and create your first global rule.

Import
feature within the
Maintenance
menu to upload your previously exported Account-level rules. Before doing so,
