The new

Before Create Label

trigger executes immediately after rate shopping is completed and the optimal rate is selected. This allows your custom rules to evaluate the exact freight costs before the label is committed.

What's New

New Trigger
: The
Before Create Label
option evaluates
Rate Shop
and
Eco
orders after rates are retrieved but prior to label creation.
Cost Conditions
: Use the new
Freight Charge Before Tax
and
Total Freight Charge
variables to accurately flag high-cost shipments for manual review.

⚠️ If a carrier is explicitly selected on the order prior to processing, the rule will still execute but skips the rate shop evaluation phase.

How to Find it

Navigate to

. Then click

to access the
Trigger
dropdown.
Select
Before Create Label
and define your
Conditions
