Control Inventory by Lot at Channel Level

now lets you control whether inventory is sent to a Sales Channel as

lot-level inventory

grouped inventory

, giving operations teams explicit control over lot-aware workflows.

The new

Track by Lot Number

option is disabled by default. When enabled, inventory remains split by lot; when disabled, quantities are grouped by warehouse and product variant and sent without lot information.

What's New

Channel-level control
: Configure lot handling for each Sales Channel.
Explicit activation
: Lot tracking remains off until
Track by Lot Number
is enabled.
Consistent inventory output
: When disabled, quantities are aggregated before inventory is sent.

How to Find it

Go to
Sales Channels
and edit the desired channel.
Open the
Advanced Settings
tab and enable
Track by Lot Number
.
Click
Save
.
