Problem / Business Need:

TechOMS Shipments fail to update Shopify when order status in Shopify changed to "On Hold" AFTER order has sync'd from Shopify to TechOMS

Requested Change:

Add retry for failures with below error message:

"GraphQL response user errors: [{"Field":null,"Message":"Fulfillment order 8163240280299 has an unfulfillable status= on_hold."}]""
