Shopify has a "Customer" name field that could be different from both the Ship-To and Bill-To names. I suggest adding a "Contact Name" or "Customer Name" to the techOMS order.

Martin Cornelli this is correct,is but the purpose of techOMS is primarily to route data from the sales channel to the fulfillment channel using a set of business rules. When the fulfillment channel needs to process the order they will be suing the ship-to name and the ship-to name. When would we need to use the customer value that is outside the ship-to name?
